Self-registration now live
on Commercial Policyholder Access

We’re excited to announce a new feature on our Commercial Policyholder Access portal that will improve our customer experience: Self-registration for policyholders! This new process is more user-friendly and less time-consuming for both our customers and you!

New, easy process

Policyholders can now take the lead in registering for the portal by visiting EMCInsurance.com. They’ll select Login, then Commercial Insurance Policyholder from the drop-down menu. From there, they'll click on New User Administrator Registration and simply enter their account number, ZIP code, and agent code (found at the top of their Common Declarations page).  The administrator has the option to add up to two additional admins if desired and unlimited users. When users are added, they will get an email with their login information and a temporary password.

This change is more than just a procedural update—it's convenient for policyholders and easier for you. By reducing the administrative steps required for registration, we’re removing barriers to signing up and freeing up your time to focus on other tasks. But don’t worry: if you enjoy providing a white glove service to your customers, you’ll still have the option to send them an email invitation to initiate the process.

What’s in it for policyholders?

Once registered, policyholders can access a range of features, including policy documents, claims, billing details, and loss control resources. They can also opt for paperless billing and policy documents, which is not only eco-friendly but ensures they get their information promptly. Plus, starting Oct. 1, insured copies of policy transactions will be available electronically through Agent Access, reducing waste and improving efficiency.

Need help?

If your customers need assistance with registration, the EMC IT Service Desk is ready to help. They can be reached at 877-249-0581 or via email at itsupport@emcins.com.
