Ready, Set, Go! Save Time with Commercial Policyholder Access

Commercial Policyholder Access is a secure website designed for your commercial clients that will help them manage their EMC policies and save you time. Your commercial clients can use this website to quickly find basic information, including BILLING and PAYMENT options, eliminating the need to contact you for answers to routine questions about their insurance.

Note: When signing your clients up for Commercial Policyholder Access, make sure to enter the user administrator’s name and email address. Do not enter your agency’s email address.

Did You Know?

You can now access current notes on a claim!

Here are the steps:

  1. Log into Agent Access
  2. On the top of the screen, click on CLAIMS
  3. Click on the ACCOUNT NAME
  4. Click on CLAIMS DETAIL
  5. You will then see current information about the CLAIM
  6. You can also see past notes/activity when you click on HISTORY

**External claims notes are updated every 90 days**
