Help us help you get endorsements processed as quickly as possible

As the agent, we ask you to make sure the email subject line includes what the change is and policy number.

Example - What the change is and policy number (i.e., Add/delete drivers - [policy number]). 

  • Do not send duplicate endorsements; include all drivers in a single email
  • Allow 24-48 hours for processing
  • For urgent requests, use "RUSH - ADD/DELETE Driver - [policy number]" in the subject line
  • For immediate driver additions, contact the underwriter assistant via call or email
  • For other changes, use "Add/Delete CHANGES - [policy number]" in the subject line.
  • For cancellations, please use "CANCEL - [policy number]" in the subject line.

Checking status:

To check the status, send a follow-up email to the underwriter assistant. Forwards your original request and use the subject line: Status check - [policy number] - [change type]. 

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for cancellations and drivers to be processed
  • For all other requests, allow up to four weeks

Morgan Hutchinson, Underwriter III

Morgan has been with EMC for three years, joining the Kansas City office after transferring from the Cincinnati office. Through hard work, responsiveness, and eagerness to excel, Morgan has recently been promoted to Underwriter III. In Morgan’s spare time, she enjoys St. Louis Cardinal Baseball, St. Louis Blues Hockey and is an avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. Morgan has also proudly served her country in the United States Army and we thank her for her service.

Courtney Hammonds, Underwriter III

Courtney has been with EMC for over a year, and joined the company after spending a year and a half with Philadelphia in an Underwriting role. Courtney prides herself on being responsive to her agents and doing her best to find a way to get the job done. Through these efforts, she has recently been promoted to Underwriter III. Courtney enjoys reading and cooking and frequently treats her agents and coworkers to excellent baked goods.

Jared Erpelding, Territory Management Specialist

We are thrilled to announce that Jared Erpelding, our valued Territory Management Specialist has been promoted to Territory Management Consultant effective immediately! Jared’s hard work, dedication and exceptional contributions to our agency partners and our team have been instrumental in growing the Missouri/Kansas territory. This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his talents and commitment to our EMC family.

Jared joined EMC in 2017 as an underwriter for the Wichita office. In 2018 he decided to transfer as an Underwriter to the Kansas City Office. Along the way Jared has continued to grow receiving underwriting promotions and obtaining his CPCU. In October 2021 Jared decided to use his talents, industry knowledge and the great relationships to shift into a marketing/sales position as a Territory Management Specialist.

We are confident that Jared will continue to excel and make significant contributions to the success of our agency partners and EMC. Please join me in congratulating Jared on this exciting achievement!
