.Agents who have opted to receive paperless notifications can now view certain conditional renewal letters online. A new section has been added to the Policy Activity Report that includes copies of certain conditional renewal letters. Paperless agents who receive this daily email will be able to view, download and print the conditional renewal letters directly from the email. The links in the email will be active until the policy renewal date.
