Help us help you get endorsements processed as quickly as possible

As the agent, please ensure that the email subject line is properly labeled with what you’re changing (changes include, for example: add/delete drivers, add/delete change, or cancellation) and the policy number.

Here is an example of what the subject line of an endorsement email for a driver should look like:
Subject: Add/delete driver — policy #

  • Do not duplicate endorsements — only send DRIVERS in one email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for drivers to be processed
  • If you need a RUSH add in the SUBJECT LINE - "RUSH - ADD/DELETE Driver - policy number
  • If you need a driver added right away - call or email the underwriter assistant

Send all other changes - in the Subject Line - "Add/Delete CHANGES - policy number.”

For cancellations - in the Subject Line "CANCEL - policy number"

Checking status:

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for cancellations and drivers to be processed.
  • For all other changes allow 4 weeks.
  • The best way to check the status is to send a follow-up email to the underwriter assistant. Forward the original request to include in "Status check" in the subject line, so it reads: Status check -- Add driver --Policy number and what the change is.
