Financial security

  • 401(k) savings plan: Matching 100% of team members’ contributions up to 4%, with immediate vesting
  • Pension plan: Offers a guaranteed retirement income based on years of service and salary, with contributions made by EMC
  • Annual bonus plan: When the company performs well, team members receive a bonus based on a percentage of their pay

The No Surprises Act

The No Surprises Act passed by Congress as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care. The notice below provides more information on patient rights and protections.
