While being surrounded by a bunch of people who think insurance is cool is its own reward, we have plenty more to offer. EMC is committed to creating a culture where our team members feel connected, inspired, and empowered. Moreover, we recognize that diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are fundamental to our success. That’s why we celebrate our differences—because we know they make us stronger.
We believe in our people as much as we believe in our products. That’s why we work hard to hire and retain top talent by actively developing and rewarding them. Our comprehensive rewards package offers a pension plan, competitive pay, extensive health coverage, generous paid time off, a supportive work environment that fosters work-life balance, and much more.
Pursuant to the HHS, DOL and Treasury Final Transparency in Coverage Rule, the machine-readable files below include in-network negotiated payment rates and historical out-of-network charges for covered items and services.
The No Surprises Act passed by Congress as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care. The notice below provides more information on patient rights and protections.
If you’re a career-minded student, you’ve landed in the right place. Our paid internship program can help you figure out what you want to do with your career and maybe even land you your first full-time job.
Don’t worry, you don’t have to be an insurance whiz to work at EMC. We offer opportunities in marketing, human resources, information technology, analytics, and more.
